2. No Affiliation Disclaimer
aXstudio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, OpenAI, Leonardo AI, Topaz Labs, or any other third-party model providers. We are an independent platform that integrates various AI technologies to provide creative services.
3. No Guarantees
aXstudio provides AI-powered creative tools on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results
- Quality: Output quality may vary based on prompts, models, and system conditions
- Availability: Service uptime is not guaranteed; maintenance or outages may occur
4. Content Ownership
Users retain rights to content they generate, subject to underlying model licenses and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all relevant intellectual property laws and third-party rights.
5. Age Requirement
aXstudio is available only to users aged 13 years or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13. We do not knowingly provide the Service to users under 13.
6. Acceptable Use
All users must comply with our Content Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. You agree not to use aXstudio for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or other users.
7. Refunds, Credits, and Billing
Public Preview: aXstudio currently does not charge any fees.
Future Paid Plans: If paid plans (e.g., "Pro") are introduced:
- Pricing, billing cycle, and included usage limits will be displayed before purchase.
- Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
- If we provide usage credits, credits are non-transferable and may expire as disclosed at purchase.
- If a billing error occurs, users may contact support for review and correction.
Payment processing (when enabled) will be handled by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). aXstudio does not store card details.
8. Copyright & IP Complaints (Takedown Process)
If you believe content generated or hosted via aXstudio infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint to:

Your request must include:
- A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on aXstudio.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to the reported content while we review the claim. aXstudio may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate IP rules.
9. AI Models, Providers, and Licensing
aXstudio uses a modular AI pipeline that may rely on third-party model providers and services. Specific providers may change based on performance, availability, safety, and cost. The Service does not guarantee the use of any specific provider or model.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroPause Lab Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of aXstudio.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of aXstudio shall be resolved through arbitration in India, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of aXstudio after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
